The wonderful world of the Colombian illustrator Catalina Estrada

PreviousNext

Have you heard ever about the Colombian illustrator Catalina Estrada? Maybe you have seen her illustrations?

If you have then you were certainly impressed by the coloring, variegation and the nature-inspired illustrations of Catalina. She lives for a long time in the Spanish city Barcelona and she has managed to interpret the Latin-American folklore into her work with all the colors, details, forms and all this inspired by the nature.

Some time ago Catalina released a collection of wallpapers but they are only a tiny bit of the products to which she brought to life. Here are some of those that impressed me.

I love Catalina Estrada's work. It's beautifully amazing. When living in Barcelona, I was lucky enough to attend one of her exhibits and although I'm used to a more minimal style, believe me, her work is pure magic. Thanks for sharing.

    Have a lovely weekend!

Hello Carol… I'm little bit envious about the exhibition, but maybe one day I will have the chance to see it too :)
    Have a great weekend too.

I also was trying to photograph the things differently and more modern instead of classical. I also want to mention the amazing team behind this stunning photoshoot:

First post for the new 2021 - the year that we put First post for the new 2021 - the year that we put so much hope in it. 🤍
I usually don’t like new years resolutions, but every year I choose one word that will be significant for me and while the word for the 2020 was education, in 2021 I want to focus more on connection.
For quite amount of time I was always scared to connect with new people - worried about my accent, my writing to not bother people... and this year I want to overcome this fear and sincerely connect with you.
So here I go - I say that loud and now I have to achieve that. :)
And with that being said - what is your word for 2021?
