ORGANIC APPLE CAKE

PreviousNext

today is some kind of special day for me. finally i managed to arrange and organize all my other projects in a way that I’d have some more time for my photography. and I decided to celebrate it with cake and experimental pictures in dark tones. this is something unusual for me, but i’m very excited. probably my first attempts will be uncertain, but at least the cake was good. except that it is entirely made of organic bio ingredients, it is very easy to prepare. doesn’t require any acrobatic tricks in the kitchen and there is no danger of failure. try it and see for yourself.

here is the recipe:
4 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups grated apples
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups fine whole wheat flour
1 baking powder
1 vanilla
a little baking soda

method of preparation:
in a bowl mix the eggs, oil and sugar and stir well. add grated apples and stir again. then one by one add the powder products – flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla. pour into a rectangular bread tin and bake at 200 degrees celsius until it becomes brownish.

Today I have a completely new feelings - the dark mood is replaced with an excitement. Because times changes and we need to adapt to those changes. I’ve always loved the grain of the Kodak Portra and my favorite earth tones looks amazing in it. I guess I’m so ready to start exploring and work even more harder.
The announcement by Fujifilm actually created a really big buzz and all the film photography community meet in the Clubhouse and we discussed the topic till late at night.
I pull out one of my all time favorite image photographed on Fuji 400 H. Swan looks amazing here and thank you @richardphotolab for the beautiful scans.
And now it is time for a hard work and more film. Portra film.
