PAPER ART BY YULIA BRODSKAYA

PreviousNext

Many of you may know well the work of Yulia Brodskaya, bur I’m sure you won’t mind taking a look at it one more time.

For example, right now I should work, but I can’t stop staring at all these beauties created by Yulia. I’m saying to myself… ok..just five more minutes and then they become ten minutes, twenty, half an hour.
Just in case someone didn’t know Yulia Brodskaya  before – she is an artist and illustrator born in Moscow, Russia but currently lives in UK. She is very well-known  for her astonishing, elegant and detailed paper illustrations.

“Typography is my second love, after paper and I’m really happy that I’ve found a way of combining the two.” said Yulia for Computer Arts magazine and we must believe her without doubting the statement simply because talent is just not enough to create something so impressive. It requires also love.

This is the second largest island in the Bay and has many stories to tell. Most of them - probably not so happy. The island was used as an immigration station where officials detained, inspected and examined approximately one million immigrants. Many people primarily from Asia, have to spend here months waiting for the heir immigration status.
