Six Ideas How to Keep the Summer Longer ♥

PreviousNext
At the end of August I started to feel that the summer will be gone soon. And no matter how much I don’t want this to happen – it will and I guess this will make you a little bit sad too.

But with my permanent positive attitude I think that we can keep it for longer if we put it in our homes. Here I found six simple, but cute ideas how to save the summer at home. We will need just few simple things: small driftwoods, find them near the beach, sands and shells. With their help we can create an improvised ladder, to decorate the small table in the living room with bottles of different sizes filled with sands and shells. The best summer memories you can keep on the wall, creating for them a nice frame from those driftwoods and also very interesting are the handmade sailboats (Laurie Downey shares a nice DIY in her own blog). You even can create vases on the wall for fresh flowers.

Do you have your own summer ideas?

I love the first image. I never get enough to enjoy it. Good idea to make the ladder from natural branches :)
