CHOCOLATE CAKE

And while we are still in the festive mood I want to show you a very easy recipe for a really tasty chocolate cake. There even no baking needed, no special cooking skills and the chances to screw it up are minimal :) .

You will need:
350 gr. dark chocolate
200 gr. biscuits
90 gr. butter
300 ml. cream
1 tea spoon cinnamon
Cocoa powder for dusting

Break the biscuits and the chocolate to small pieces. If you don’t use liquid butter than cut it into pieces too. Put the cream in a pot and heat it up. Gradually add the chocolate and at the end add the biscuits mixed with the cinnamon. Mix well all the ingredients and pour them in a baking tin with aluminum foil in it. Leave it to cool down for at least 12 hours. 
Serve it after dusting the pieces with cocoa and you can decorate it with some mint leaves.

И докато все още сме на празнична вълна ето и една невероятно лесна рецепта за много шоколадова торта. Не е необходимо печене, не са необходими никакви специални готварски възможности, а се получава много добре и шансовете нещо да се прецака са минимални :) . 

Необходими продукти: 
350 гр. тъмен шоколад
200 гр. бисквитки
90 гр. масло
300 мл. сметана
лъжичка канела
какао за поръсване

Раздробете на дребни парченца шоколада и бисквитките. Ако не ползвате течно масло, разрежете вашето на малки късчета. Поставете на загряд на средна степен котлон да се вари сметаната с маслото. Постепенно добавете шоколада и най-накрая към цялата смес добавете надробените бисквитки, размесени с канелата. Когато се образува еднородна смес, изсипете я в тавичката за хляб, в която сте сложили алуминиево фолио и оставете да се охлажда за една нощ. Сервирайте като поръсвате парченцата с какао, украсени с ментово стръкче.
