Dreamy Australian Cottage ♥

PreviousNext

And here comes one more inspiring thing – one of the loveliest small cottages that I have ever seen. It is very simple, in delicate romantic style and is located in Red Hill South, Australia. I have to tell you that I adore so many things inside that I don’t even know if I will be able to list all of them here: but let’s start with the beautiful rug which you meet already at the front door, the small wooden chairs, the walls, the textile and the dining room. And that bedroom is so dreamy. Ah…

More about this lovely place you can learn and see in “The Design Files”, and special thanks to Lucy Feagins for allowing me to show you her pictures.

This is the second largest island in the Bay and has many stories to tell. Most of them - probably not so happy. The island was used as an immigration station where officials detained, inspected and examined approximately one million immigrants. Many people primarily from Asia, have to spend here months waiting for the heir immigration status.
