BAKED PEARS WITH WALNUTS AND HONEY

Today I want to show you one of my favorite deserts – baked pears with honey, cinnamon and walnuts.
I like it because if you see its ingredients you’ll notice immediately that it is sweet but at the same time quite healthy, so it is preferred in comparison with chocolate or a cake. It is very fast to prepare and it doesn’t require any extraordinary cooking skills.

You’ll need: few ripe pears, walnuts, honey and cinnamon.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (~400°F). Wash and cut the pears in half, remove the seeds.
With a spoon dig a hole in the middle of each half pear, so you have space for the nuts and the honey. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top of them and put in the oven for approx. 20 min.

Днес мисля да ви покажа един от моите най-любими десерти – печени крушки с мед, канела и орехи. Предпочитам го, защото ако погледнете съставките му ще разберете, че си е много здравословен и в същото време сладък, така че е за предпочитане пред например шоколад или торта. От друга страна се приготвя много бързо и не изисква никакви специфични кулинарни умения. 
Необходимите продукти са: няколко добре узрели крушки, орехи, мед и канела за поръсване. 
Приготвянето им също е лесно. Загрейте предварително фурната си на 200 градуса. Измийте и разрежете крушите на половинки, и махнете семенцата. С лъжичка издълбайте внимателно дупка в крушата, за да има повече място за натрушените орехи и меда. Поръсете с канела и печете за 20 минутки.
