Simple Food: Grilled Fish ♥

PreviousNext

At the end of the summer, usually in September I’m going to my home town in Bulgaria to visit my parents. We spend the time together and all these days are really nice, full of sun, sea and…fish. Today I decided to tell you our recipe for preparing grilled fish. Everything that you will need is salt, vinegar and 20 free minutes. In our case the fish is a fresh Leaping mullet, draught by my own lovely brother.
Here is what you will need:
salt, vinegar, fish and lemon
Preparation:
Cleaned fish is salted well and sprinkled with vinegar. Leave it for some time. Spread the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking the fish on it and place it on the grill. Grill it for about 20 minutes on both sides. Serve while still warm with lemon.

I love fresh fish. My husband created a tool that makes it so much easier to remove ALL the bones from the fresh fish. You can see it here:

It's works wonderfully, and makes preparation so much easier!

    Thank you for the recipe!

The island was used as an immigration station where officials detained, inspected and examined approximately one million immigrants. Many people primarily from Asia, have to spend here months waiting for the heir immigration status.
