LEMON CURD

Today I came up with a wonderful idea how to surprise your friends with something refreshing and very pleasant. What would you say about… a lemon curd? And what about a lemon curd in a jar decorated with beautiful flowers? I guess you would like to get something like this, and maybe you can even make it as a gift. 
Here’s what you need to do.
Ingredients for the lemon curd: 
4 lemons // rind of 2 lemons // 200g sugar // 4 eggs // 125g butter
 
Squeeze the juice of the lemons and grate the rind of 2 of them. Carefully clean the lemon pips and put together to boil on low heat together with the sugar and the butter. Stir constantly. Four well-beaten eggs slowly pour in the lemon liquid and stir again on a very low heat for 15 minutes.
Then pour the liquid into beautiful jars like mine which are from IKEA and leave it in the fridge to cool for some time. Actually this lemon curd can last up to 2 weeks.
You can simply eat your lemon curd or you can use it to make a delicious lemon tiramisu, details about it I will share with you some other time. 
If you want to surprise a friend with your homemade lemon curd use washi tape to make labels, write something on it and stick to the jar. Add beautiful small spoon and small flower on the lid as a final touch. You have now a beautiful and delicious surprise.
Днес ми дойде чудна идея за това как да зарадвате своите приятели с нещо освежаващо и много приятно. Какво ще кажете за лимонен крем? 
А какво ще кажете за лимонен крем в красиво бурканче украсено с цветя? Предполагам, че ще ви е приятно да получите нещо такова, а може би и да подарите. 
Ето какво е необходимо да направите. 
 
Съставки за лимонения крем:
4 големи лимона // кората на 2 лимона // 200 гр. захар // 4 яйца // 125гр. масло
 
Изцедете сокът на лимоните и настържете кората на 2 от тях. Внимателно почистете от костилките и сложете заедно със захарта и маслото да се вари на слаб огън. Бъркайте непрекъснато. Четирите добре разбити яйца изсипете много бавно в лимонената течност и бъркайте отново на много слаб огън в продължение на 15 минути. 
След това изсипете течността в красиви бурканчета като моите тук, които са от ИКЕА. Оставете в хладилника да се охлади за известно време. Всъщност там кремът може да издържи до 2 седмици. 
Лимоненият крем освен, че можете да си го хапнете, можете да използвате и за направата на лимонено тирамису, за което с подробности ще ви разкажа някой друг път. 
Ако пък искате да изненадате някой приятел с домашно приготвен лимонен крем, с уаши тейп тиксо направете етикет, като просто изрисувате красив надпис и залепите на бурканчето. Добавете красива малка лъжичка и стрък цвете на капака и готово. Имате една красива и вкусна изненада.

Few days ago my favorite film (Fuji 400 H) out of Few days ago my favorite film (Fuji 400 H) out of the blue was discontinued. At first I felt heartbroken - all the countless hours I’ve been spending working on the skin tones, the greens… I named even my dog Fuji. 🐶
Today I have a completely new feelings - the dark mood is replaced with an excitement. Because times changes and we need to adapt to those changes. I’ve always loved the grain of the Kodak Portra and my favorite earth tones looks amazing in it. I guess I’m so ready to start exploring and work even more harder. 
The announcement by Fujifilm actually created a really big buzz and all the film photography community meet in the Clubhouse and we discussed the topic till late at night. 
I pull out one of my all time favorite image photographed on Fuji 400 H. Swan looks amazing here and thank you @richardphotolab for the beautiful scans.
And now it is time for a hard work and more film. Portra film.
