Cute and Easy Cake // Симпатична и лесна торта

Let’s make a cake today. Don’t be afraid, it is not complicated at all and since I made it, you will do it too. The only thing you should do is to follow few easy steps.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
175 gr. butter at room temperature // 175 gr. sugar // 3 eggs // 175 gr. flour // baking powder // 2 tbsp. milk // vanilla extract // jam // fresh fruits and peppermint for decoration

  1. Mix the butter and the sugar with food processor until you get white cream.
  2. Add the pre-beaten eggs to the white cream.
  3. Gradually add to the mixture the flour and the baking powder. Here you have to stir with a spoon. 
  4. Mix the milk with the vanilla and add it to the mixture.
  5. Half of the mixture put in a mold with diameter of about 18cm. and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F). When the mixture becomes golden, get it out of the oven and leave it for at least 10 min to cool down. Then pull it out of the form and bake the same way the other half.
  6. Spread jam on one of the cake pieces. It’s up to you which taste you will choose – strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or something else.
  7. Process the cream and the sugar with a food processor until you get a white, thick cream. Spread the cream on the layer of jam and above it, put on top the second part of the cake.
  8. Sprinkle the top of your cake with powdered sugar and decorate with fresh fruits.

Хайде днес да си направим торта! Не се плашете, не е никак сложна и след като аз я направих, ще се справите и вие. Единственото, за което трябва да внимавате е да изпълните следващите няколко стъпки. 
Ето и какви съставки са ви необходими: 
175гр. масло на стайна температура // 175гр. захар // 3 яйца, който са разбити предварително // 175гр. брашно // набухвател // 2 лъжици мляко // екстракт от ванилия // сладко по избор // свежи плодове и стръкчета мента за украса // пудра захар за поръсване
  1. В купа с електрически миксер разбивайте маслото и захарта дотогава, докато се получи бял крем.
  2. Придайте към тях предварително разбитите яйца. 
  3. Постепенно към сместта изсипвайте брашното, смесено с набухвателя. Тук вече бъркайте с лъжица.
  4. Смесете млякото с ванилията и добавете към сместта. 
  5. Половината от смесста поставете в силиконова форма с диаметър около 18см. и печете за около 25 минути в загрята фурна на 180градуса. Когато блата се оцвети в златисто, изкарайте от фурната и оставете за 10 минути да се охлади. Едва тогава го извадете от формата и изпечете и другата половина от тестото. 
  6. Намажете блата със сладко по ваш избор – малинки, ягодки, боровинки. 
  7. От сметаната и захарта пригответе сметанов крем. Намажете обилно върху слоя със сладко и поставете и втория блат. 
  8. Отгоре поръсете с пудра захар и украсете със свежи пролетни плодове.

    You are right, Olga. I forgot to add the powder sugar for the cream. Actually it depends on your taste. If you like sweeter cream add few spoons powder sugar, if you don't want it so sweet – don't add sugar at all. I personally put there 2-3 spoons
