PLACE TO VISIT IN SOFIA: BAR VINTAGE

PreviousNext

Many years ago I was living in the Bulgarian capital – Sofia. In a small apartment on one of the central streets of the city – “G.S.Rakovski” str.. Today after all this time I walked again on that street and I found a lovely new café.

“Vintage” is a cute place, where you can stop by for a cup of coffee or delicious strawberry milkshake and chat with friends in a unique environment.

Very cosy interior :-) It makes you to have a sit and drink a cup of coffee or tea. And the old iron iron – I have very similar one :-)

    Have a nice day :-)

Wow! Never been to Bulgaria, but always thought it's really ugly and nothing special there. Now you have open my eyes by showing these gorgeous pics, thank you!

I'm really sorry but I can not yield to temptation to reply to this post. Actually Bulgaria has 3 000 years old history, seven mountains, one of them is home of Orpheus and Spartacus. This is the country where was established the center of the developement of Glagolitic alphabet and Cyrillic alphabet etc. so in conclusion: amazing nature and amaizng culture so Yes, there is somethin Special there.

This is the second largest island in the Bay and has many stories to tell. Most of them - probably not so happy. The island was used as an immigration station where officials detained, inspected and examined approximately one million immigrants. Many people primarily from Asia, have to spend here months waiting for the heir immigration status.
