DANCE! YEAH! DANCE! YEAH!

PreviousNext
You know what… It is time to celebrate. I will celebrate that today I passed the first part of my Driver License exam. Probably for you it might not be a big deal… but I’m on my way to break a family tradition spanning over three generation. I’m on my way to become the first female driver in the family. Yay!

So I will celebrate this and you are very welcome to celebrate with me… or you can celebrate something different – the upcoming weekend, the new day, the night, the stars, your friends. Just celebrate something.
Actually always try to find nice and positive things and celebrate it. Because life is short.

I'm 40 and still don't have mine, I wish I had your courage… It takes too much money and time here in France before to get to the last exam. You can be very proud and dance, it's a very good step ! Congratulations !

I'd love to come and celebrate with you. I started driving again this year after a 13-years break … which is sort of getting the driver license again but with no exam ;-) Congratulations Radostina xx

Hello Helene. I never need to drive while I was in Europe by the way. But in US the public transport is not so organized and good so I had to do it. And you know what… I'm pretty sure that you can do it too, just have to decided that you want it and this probably will be enough motivation for you.

Few days ago my favorite film (Fuji 400 H) out of Few days ago my favorite film (Fuji 400 H) out of the blue was discontinued. At first I felt heartbroken - all the countless hours I’ve been spending working on the skin tones, the greens… I named even my dog Fuji. 🐶
Today I have a completely new feelings - the dark mood is replaced with an excitement. Because times changes and we need to adapt to those changes. I’ve always loved the grain of the Kodak Portra and my favorite earth tones looks amazing in it. I guess I’m so ready to start exploring and work even more harder.
The announcement by Fujifilm actually created a really big buzz and all the film photography community meet in the Clubhouse and we discussed the topic till late at night.
I pull out one of my all time favorite image photographed on Fuji 400 H. Swan looks amazing here and thank you @richardphotolab for the beautiful scans.
And now it is time for a hard work and more film. Portra film.
