EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Today I have for you a very fast and really delicious chocolate desert. You can make it as easy as 1-2-3. And as you might notice the neon colors – they are really popular recently so I played a bit with them.
Днес имам за вас един чудесен десерт, много бърз и шоколадов. Всичко става много лесно, като в детска игра. И тъй като както сигурно сте забелязали неоновите цветове са популярни напоследък си поиграх и с тях.
Eто и какви продукти са ви необходими:
200 гр. черен шоколад
4 яйца
4 лъжици кафява захар
2 лъжици Амарето
50гр. масло
Разтопете на водна баня шоколада, маслото и след това добавете жълтъците. Отделно в купа на пяна разбъркайте белтъците и захарта. След това внимателно добавете бялата смес към шоколадовата и добавете Амарето. Разбъркайте докато се получи еднородна смес и след това охладете.
