Few days ago I\u2019ve participated in a party, where we\u2019ve had mainly Bulgarian food.<\/span><\/div>\n
I noticed that almost all participants, even though not Bulgarians, liked the food so I thought I can share few easy and delicious recipes from my home country.<\/span><\/div>\n
Let\u2019s start with my favorite, easy and delicious summer cold soup called \u201cTarator<\/a>\u201d <\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span>You will need:<\/span><\/div>\n
500 ml yoghurt (it works also with a low-fat one)<\/span><\/div>\n
1 fresh cucumber, cut into small cubes.<\/span><\/div>\n
dill<\/span><\/div>\n
garlic<\/span><\/div>\n
salt<\/span><\/div>\n
olive oil<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
Put the cut cucumber in a large bowl, add the dill, the garlic and the yoghurt. If it is too thick you can add some cold water.  Add salt to taste and some olive oil in case you are not counting the calories. :)<\/span><\/div>\n
It is really easy, fast and very very refreshing summer treat. And another great tip that I really like to use: instead of fresh flowers you can use the blossom of the drill – it is charming and it can look pretty in a small vase. Bon apetit. <\/span>
