STREET KIDS OF UKRAINE

PreviousNext

OK today I have a problem … I wanted to show in this blog only beautiful things that impressed me during the day. Beautiful, colorful, cheerful. But… today I will change this conception. Today you’ll see something ugly, gray and sad …. but real …. Photographs of David Gillanders are true … so real that your tears flow.

Here … this is the life of between 50 000 and 3 million children. Currently the temperature in Odessa, Ukraine is -17 degrees Celsius (1.4 degrees Fahrenheit) and they are there … outside.. on the streets..

    Incredible! Unfortunately – the truth.
I have a colleague from Ukraine and he said that this is the reality there :(
As charlie said above we should be grateful of what we are and what we have..

Thanks for sharing Raru! Although very sad these things must be known by as many people as possible in order to avoid them for happening in 21st century!
