STREET KIDS OF UKRAINE
OK today I have a problem … I wanted to show in this blog only beautiful things that impressed me during the day. Beautiful, colorful, cheerful. But… today I will change this conception. Today you’ll see something ugly, gray and sad …. but real …. Photographs of David Gillanders are true … so real that your tears flow.
Here … this is the life of between 50 000 and 3 million children. Currently the temperature in Odessa, Ukraine is -17 degrees Celsius (1.4 degrees Fahrenheit) and they are there … outside.. on the streets..
That is so sad!
wow, these photos are very intense. It really makes one feel grateful for their own life!
Incredible! Unfortunately – the truth.
I have a colleague from Ukraine and he said that this is the reality there :(
As charlie said above we should be grateful of what we are and what we have..
Thanks for sharing Raru! Although very sad these things must be known by as many people as possible in order to avoid them for happening in 21st century!
Hi there, thanks for visiting my blog and for your comments.Really wonderful that you are raising awareness of homeless children in your country! We are so lucky to have a home!My dad lives in Kathmandu and there a many orphaned homeless children there, this should not be allowed to happen when there is so much wealth in the world! Happy Christmas. Sharon xxx
