Amazing Letters by Victoria Hoke Lane

PreviousNext

I love pretty calligraphy. Any handwritten text always impresses me and even me, since my early years in school, was pushed to learn to write beautifully. You can’t imagine how many notebooks I had to rewrite simply because I didn’t like some letters there and I wanted to make it look better… so I started over again and again… even in my University years I wanted to have the prettiest notebooks from all.. I usually had two notebooks – one, in which I was writing fast during lectures and another, which I was rewriting later at home :)

But anyway. .this is not what I wanted to write about now… I wanted to show you this amazing invitation and the calligraphy by Victoria Hoke Lane. Lovely, delicate and for very sure cute detail that will make every single wedding even more beautiful.

This is the second largest island in the Bay and has many stories to tell. Most of them - probably not so happy. The island was used as an immigration station where officials detained, inspected and examined approximately one million immigrants. Many people primarily from Asia, have to spend here months waiting for the heir immigration status.
