Amazing Artworks by Christopher Stott
I had a real crush this morning when a friend of mine sent me this absolutely stunning artworks by the talented Christopher Stott. All these vintage items looked to me like photographs, but when I read the “About me” section in Christopher’s website I was amazed to realize that he is a contemporary realist painter. Christopher’s style is very interesting: he presents the traditional still life compositions but without using a photo camera and with his brush and paints instead. And the result is absolutely amazing. On a first glimpse it is really hard to realize that all these tiny details are actually painted, don’t you think?
Few limited edition prints with Christopher Stott’s work are available in “Anthropologie”.

Всички тези винтидж предмети ми изглеждаха като фотографирани, но когато прочетох информацията за Кристофър в неговия уебсайт останах изненадана да науча, че той всъщност е художник. Стилът на Кристофър е много интересен: той представя традиционния натюрморт, но без да използва фотоапарат, с помощта на четка и бои. И резултата е удивителен, нали? На пръв поглед е доста трудно да осъзнаеш, че всички тези дребни детайли са нарисувани :).
