Simple Food: The Perfect Breakfast ♥ Лесна храна: Перфектната закуска
I almost never eat a breakfast. I know it might be unhealthy but I am just not used to it and often have no time for breakfast. Quite by accident though I found a recipe for smoothie and… voilà! I think me and my body could finally reach a consensus on the breakfast question.
The smoothie is just a mixture of three ingredients blended together: Fruits, Milk or Yoghurt (which could be replaced by orange juice in case your vegans) and Ice.
The best part here is that there are no rules. You can mix and experiment as you like. Have you tried Smoothie before? What’s your favorite?
Аз почти никога не закусвам. Зная, че това не е никак здравословно, но просто не ми е вкусно и освен това винаги бърам. Съвсем случайно открих рецепта за смути и … voilà! Мисля че най-накрая аз и моето тяло ще намерим консенсус по отношение на въпроса за закуската.
Смути е най-просто казано поставена в блендер смесица от 3 съставки: 1. плодове 2. мляко, йогурт, които можете да заместите с портокалов сок, ако например сте вегани 3. лед
Най-хубавото тук е, че няма правила. Можете да си смесвате и експериментирате както ви харесва и ви е удобно. Аз специално след известно експериментиране разбрах, че любимото ми смути съдържа: шепа ягоди, банан, портокалов сок и лед.

Yummie, blueberry is my favorite!
My boyfriend makes banana smoothies for us, whenever we have bananas lying around. He peels the banana, chops and the puts the pieces in the freezer for a while. Then he adds milk and purees the whole thing. They're delicious, and freezing the banana before spares the ice. :)
I love smoothies as well!!! And it is truly a great breakfast!

Good for you!!!…smoothies instead of no brakfast…I make them all the time…great for active children (and me of course)…vanilla yoghurt mixed with blueberry, banana…or strawberry..and add one raw egg (proteins).

i have a smoothie every day for breakfast. i totally obsess over freezing loads of fruits so i have a back stock when they go out of season. i also add coffee ice cream to mine sometimes when i'm feeling more sweet toothy.
