THE EASIEST TEA IN THE WORLD (AND MY FAVORITE ONE)

PreviousNext
i’m not a particularly big fan of the tea, because my heart belongs entirely to the coffee, but there is a variant that I can always drink at any time. fresh mint tea is easy to prepare and you don’t even need lemon slices. just get few leaves of fresh mint and pour it up with boiling water. you can enjoy it both hot and cold in summer as ice tea.
from my history education in the university i remember that in ancient rome it was believed that the scent of peppermint helps brain activity and strengthens the memory, so many students there created special wreaths made of the plant and went to school like that believing that it will help them learn better. if this is true, the mint tea is just a great drink for every day at work. if not – at least it is refreshing and tastes really good.

My grandmother used to make me iced mint tea with fresh mint out of her garden. It was the best, and every time I smell mint, it conjures up memories of my childhood.

I love mint teas! They are so good and I agree with the statement about getting smarter after drinking the mint tea! Maybe it's not working for everyone, but it works for me:) it definitely stimulates the creative part of your brain.
My favourite mint tea, is not fresh as yours, but it's loose tea with mint – organic Spearmint from DAVIDs TEA:) I recommend it to everyone who loves mint and similar tastes!
But I'll definitely try this method to prepare my next cup :)
